Schedule 80 CPVC 90 Ell's

CPVC 90 degree elbow fittings are used to create a 90 degree bend in a pipe line. Elbows (sometimes called ELLs) have two openings – either both socket, both threaded, or socket & threaded. Our schedule 80 CPVC fittings are a light gray color and look and feel similar to PVC. CPVC, however, has a higher maximum temperature rating and is chemically different from PVC.

Our CPVC elbows (9806, 9807, and 9808 part numbers) come in three styles depending on what end types you need for your pipe line. These schedule 80 fittings are designed to carry liquid media like water or chemical solutions. Schedule 80 CPVC is commonly found in chemical processing or similar industrial applications.

Elbows are also available in other bend configurations like 45 degree elbows. 90 Ells are best suited for making a sharp and deliberate corner or turn in the line. Pressure ratings for schedule 80 CPVC fittings vary depending on the fitting and the size of the fitting. Also be aware of pressure ratings for the pipe and valves you employ on your line.
