Pool and spa owners around the United States use Blue-White pool flow meters. In fact, most states require that commercial pools and spas use these meters so that health inspectors and other service professionals can quickly check for proper filtration. However, an increasing number of residential users are finding that pool flow meters are invaluable tools for ensuring efficiency and sanitation in at-home pools and spas. These meters give you an easy-to-read gauge that helps make certain your filtration system is working properly, and they will provide you with an accurate assessment of your pump’s runtime. Convenient access to this data will help you to determine if your pump and filter configuration are sufficient for you’re your aquatics facility.

Meters are available in a range of sizes to fit pipes of all diameters — both schedule 40 and 80 PVC piping as well as copper tubing in K and L thicknesses. Designed for use on horizontal piping, these meters can handle flow rates of between 5 and 1,900 gallons per minute depending on the model selected. Blue-White meters are crafted from a solid piece of annealed acrylic, which makes them durable and resistant to chemicals. These meters are also UV resistant, which makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Standard models come with a dual scale that will show you the flow rate in both gallons and liters per minute.

Blue-White pool flow meters have a smart pitot tube design that makes installation on existing pipe very easy. Our flow meters come with a neoprene gasket to prevent leaks, and SS clamps to fasten the meter to the pipe. Installation can be accomplished in a matter of minutes — simply drill a properly sized hole in your filtration system’s piping, fit the flow meter with the gasket, insert the pitot tube into the pipe and fasten the meter with the included SS clamps.
