PVC Fittings Dimensions from Lasco

Looking for specific fittings specs? Lasco provides great documentation specific to fittings, see here: Sch 40, Sch 80, 80 CPVC

All PVC pipe sizes listed above are standard nominal pipe size. The dimensions are listed in inches unless otherwise noted. This PVC pipe size chart is accurate for all PVC pipe manufacturers - as the nominal size is used across the industry. For correct pipe and fittings connections, always use pipe and fittings with the same nominal pipe size.

Note: schedule 40 and schedule 80 PVC pipe and fittings have identical OD (outer diameters) and can be used interchangeably if needed. Be aware that schedule 40 PVC pipe does have a lower pressure rating, therefore using schedule 40 parts on a primarily schedule 80 pipe system is not recommended.

Keep in mind, though all nominal pipe size PVC fittings will fit together with nominal pipe size PVC pipe, not all fittings manufacturers use the same molds, and therefore some dimensions can be slightly different. When exact fittings measurements are important, please check with the manufacturer for dimensional information. See the Spears and Lasco fittings information above for reference.

We also carry some George Fischer, Harvel, and Charlotte Pipe fittings. The dimensional information for these brands should be available on the internet through each company's website. If you have a specific question that can't be answered through these online resources please contact us for assistance.
