This 1-1/2" size Eaton model 72SJ steam jacketed strainer features an extra layer or "jacket" that allows steam to circulate up to 100 psi and keep contents hot. The large capacity basket is the same as the model 72, and it also features an easy open cover that can be opened by hand with no tools.
