North American Pipe Corporation (NAPCO), a subsidiary of Westlake Chemical Corporation (NYSE: WLK), announced in August 2021 that it acquired LASCO Fittings LLC. NAPCO has been in business since 1992 manufacturing high quality PVC pipes and fittings for various markets including water and sewer systems as well residential plumbing. They provide gasketed solvent welded joints to agricultural irrigation departments across North America among other things. On April 30th, 2022 NAPCO will be known as Westlake Pipe & Fittings.
