Eaton Model 30R Simplex Strainer

The Eaton model 30R strainer is an excellent fit for moderate pressure uses. It is a simplex strainer which means the line must be shut down to accommodate for basket cleaning or replacement. The model 30R is available in either iron-threaded or flanged in sizes ranging from 1-1/2" to 8". All sizes feature an easily removable cover. No equipment or tools are needed. The machined basket seat prevents debris from getting around the basket. Options on this Eaton model include varying basket perforation or mesh, vent valves, drain valves, ¼" NPT taps, magnetic basket inserts, and pressure differential gauge and switch connections. This moderately sized strainer is ideal for applications like swimming pools, air conditioning installs and cooling towers.
