10" CS-10 Plastic Wall Sleeve - Century-Line

This is a 10" (approx.) sleeve for pouring concrete barriers. This sleeve is made by Century-Line, the makers of Link-Seal modular seals. This sleeve is not steel like similar sleeves, but HDPE plastic. It is about an eighth of the weight of a steel sleeve and much easier to install!
