Metal Valves

Our metal ball valves are full port. That means there is minimal loss of flow when the valve is activated because the port opening is the same size as the surrounding pipe. Our metal ball valves have blowout proof stems and threaded NPT ends for easy install. Our 50M model stainless steel ball valve is rated for an impressive 1000 PSI. Our brass series 10 valve is rated 600 PSI. Metal ball valves are ideal for applications that involve high pressure or extreme temperatures. They can perform in temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In these areas metal ball valves outperform thermoplastics and less durable materials. For this reason, metal ball valves are commonly used in applications that have a high corrosion rate like chemical handling. Both our brass and SS ball valves have lockable handles and PTFE seats. We have each material type valve available in sizes ranges from ½” to 2”.
