This is a CS-5 model plastic wall sleeve for making openings for pipe in poured concrete walls. Installation is simple due to the lightweight (1/8 weight of steel). Simply put sleeve in place where you want the pipe to run and pour the wall or barrier around it. HDPE material stands up to tough industrial applications.
