Care and Use

“Open Air” Calibration Procedure

1. Remove the membrane

Unscrew and dry the membrane from the probe tip.

2. Zero out the display

Attach the probe, power the unit on, and adjust to 0.0 if needed using the provided screwdriver.

3. Fill the membrane

Insert the “O” ring inside the membrane, fill just below the ring with fresh MA9071 electrolyte, ensuring no bubbles remain.

4. Attach the membrane

Securely screw the filled membrane onto the probe.

5. Let stabilize

Hang the probe vertically and allow the display to stabilize (5–15 minutes).

6. Adjust

Press and hold the “Cal” button, then use the screwdriver to set the display to 100% using the “100%” calibration adjustment.

You are now calibrated.

Extra tips

• Check for and replace membranes with stretch marks or wrinkles
• Always use fresh MA9071 electrolyte solution for best results
